Some States are Still Working Legislatively on this Issue and Shipping CBD To These States is Unclear. We Will Not Ship To The Following States At This Time - Mississippi. Only 0% THC content CBD can be shipped to Idaho.
FYI: Marijuana Derived CBD is Legal in States that Have Legalized Marijuana But is Illegal Federally and In Some States.
